Pineapple raclette from the oven

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g potatoes
  • 300 g cheese (raclette cheese, if possible the original from Switzerland!)
  • 1 can of pineapple
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the potatoes and boil briefly (about 10 minutes). Quarter them and place them in a buttered gratin dish. Cut the pineapple into chunks and arrange them over the potatoes. Sprinkle the raclette cheese on top and season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika. Place the whole thing in the oven and bake at 220 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes (until the cheese has melted and turned crispy brown).
