Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ head of cauliflower
- 400 g potatoes
- 8 slice(s) cheese (toast cheese)
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Baked cauliflower, main course or side dish
Clean the cauliflower and divide it into florets, then boil it in salted water until tender. Peel the potatoes, cut them into chunks, and boil them in salted water as usual. Place everything in a casserole dish, cover it thickly with toasted cheese, and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius until the cheese has melted. Delicious as a main course, but also as a side dish to schnitzel.
