Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g flour
  • 110 g butter, soft
  • 90 g sugar
  • 120 g ground almonds
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • 50 g almonds, chopped
  • 7 g baking powder
  • 15 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Vanilla pod(s) or vanilla flavoring

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

super easy and fast

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cream the butter, sugar, and egg until fluffy. Stir in the remaining ingredients and add a few drops of vanilla extract or a vanilla pod. Using two teaspoons, drop small mounds onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper, but not too close together, as they will be quite large. Bake for 15 minutes and let cool in the open oven to retain their crispness.
