Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 70 g sugar, brown, soft
  • 70 g white sugar
  • 4 tbsp sea salt
  • 4 tbsp paprika powder, hot
  • 2 tbsp black pepper, crushed
  • 1 tbsp mustard powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 3 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp, heaped chili powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine all the spices and mix well. Also suitable for other pork dishes besides pulled pork, for example, adding them to the breading for schnitzel.
