Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g watermelon(s), seedless
- 200 g raspberries, frozen
- 2 dl water
- 1 tbsp honey

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Summer smoothie
Peel the melon and blend it with all the other ingredients—et voilà. Since I use watermelon and berries straight from the refrigerator, the drink is refreshing right after blending. Crushed ice can, of course, be added. Alternatively, try a mixed berry instead of just raspberries.
