Curry zucchini pot with minced meat

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 tbsp curry
  • 500 g zucchini
  • 300 ml cream
  • 150 ml broth
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Fry the minced meat in a little oil until crumbly. Season with salt and pepper. Peel the onion and add it. Quarter and slice the zucchini. Add it to the minced meat and fry briefly. Add the cream, curry, and stock, if desired, and simmer over low heat until the dish is cooked. Serve with rice and a green salad.
