Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 packs of scampi
- 350 g pasta (linguine)
- 1 thick garlic clove(s)
- 300 ml milk
- 200 ml cream
- 1 pack of crab soup paste
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
with crab soup paste…very tasty!
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, sauté the scampi in garlic and oil. Add the milk, cream, and the crab soup paste. The crab soup paste will thicken the sauce. Season with salt and pepper and mix with the pasta.
