Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 7 tbsp flour
- 7 tbsp sugar
- 7 tbsp oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- Fat, for the shape
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with oil and egg
Preheat oven to 180°C. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Using an electric hand mixer, mix briefly on low speed, then for 3 minutes on high speed until a smooth batter forms. Pour the batter into a greased 28 cm fruit base dish and bake for approximately 12-15 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool briefly in the dish, then turn out onto a wire rack. Once cooled, top with your desired toppings.
