Baileys – Cherry Dessert

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g cherry(s) from the jar
  • 200 g biscuits (butter biscuits)
  • 300 ml Baileys Irish Cream
  • 300 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 60 g honey (acacia)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Mint, for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

This is really addictive…

Drain the cherries, crumble the butter biscuits, and pour the Baileys over them. Combine the quark and honey in a bowl and stir until smooth. Whip the cream until stiff, gradually adding the vanilla sugar and sugar. Fold the honey quark into the cream. Mix the cherries with the quark mixture and fill bowls, alternating with the biscuit mixture. Garnish with a few cherries and the mint. Tip: Refrigerate the mixture to firm up, which is also delicious.
