Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 25 g cocoa powder
  • 90 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g butter
  • 500 g quark
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 ½ cup(s) oil
  • 180 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla)
  • 1 lemon(s), juice and zest
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Make a dough from the ingredients flour and butter, then divide the dough into two halves. Line the bottom of a greased 26 cm springform pan with one half, pulling up a small edge. For the topping, mix the quark with the egg yolk and oil, then mix the sugar with the vanilla sugar and pudding powder and stir into the mixture. Add the juice and zest of one unwaxed lemon. Beat the egg whites with salt until stiff peaks form and fold in. Spread the quark mixture on the base and scatter the second half of the dough over it in pieces (tear them apart). Bake at 170°C on the second rack from the bottom for 50-60 minutes, covering with parchment paper towards the end of the baking time if necessary to prevent the quark mixture from getting too dark.
