Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g green beans
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- n. B. Caraway
- some butter for frying the beans
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
fried green beans with egg, vegetarian
Trim the beans, cook for about 15 minutes, and then rinse. Add the butter to the pan, add the beans, and fry. Beat the eggs and pour over the beans. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and caraway seeds. My very frugal grandmother used to make this light summer dish with eggs instead of chanterelles.
