Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g ground elder (young ground elder leaves) with stems
- 50 g nasturtiums with stems
- 100 g walnuts
- 100 g Parmesan or Grana Padano, grated
- 100 ml walnut oil
- 200 ml olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- Olive oil to cover

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wild herb cuisine, simple and delicious
Wash the ground elder and nasturtiums, coarsely chop if necessary. Chop the walnuts slightly if necessary. Mix the oil and salt. Add the other ingredients in portions and blend until everything reaches the typical pesto consistency. Pour into a suitable jar and cover with olive oil.
