Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 200 g sour cream
- 250 g cheese, grated
- 200 ml cream
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp ground blue fenugreek
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
From the oven
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Flatten the chicken breast fillets slightly so that all pieces are evenly thick. Mix all other ingredients together well. Place the chicken breast fillets side by side in a deep baking dish and cover with the mixed mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
