Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 5 onions, chopped
  • 250 g rice (long grain rice)
  • ¾ liter meat broth
  • 100 g tomato paste
  • 1 can peas
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Basil, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for the pressure cooker

Brown the minced meat in oil in a pressure cooker, add the onions and fry, then season with salt, pepper, paprika, and basil. Add the rice, broth, and tomato paste. Close the pressure cooker and let it cook for 7-8 minutes, then let the steam evaporate and open the pot. Add the peas and continue heating. Season to taste and serve.
