Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- ½ box of cress
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground
- Paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the cress and dry it with a kitchen towel. Blend it in a blender, add the butter, and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. It tastes great as a spread on bread or with grilled food.
