Minced meat, pepper and noodle pot

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g minced meat, half beef, half pork
  • 1 medium-sized onion(s), diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely diced
  • 650 ml meat broth
  • 100 ml red wine
  • 1 red bell pepper(s), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 yellow bell pepper(s), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper(s), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 100 g tomato paste
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • ½ tsp, crushed paprika powder, rose hot
  • ½ tsp, leveled salt
  • ½ tsp, heaped pepper
  • 250 g pasta (spirelli)
  • possibly oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with the pressure cooker

Brown the minced meat with the onions and garlic. Sauté the bell peppers. Deglaze with red wine and broth. Add tomato paste, spices, and pasta. Close the pressure cooker and cook for 8-10 minutes, starting when the second ring appears. Season to taste.
