Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g minced meat, mixed
  • 100 g spirals
  • 100 g leek
  • e.g. vegetable broth or meat broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Brown the ground meat in a pan (seasoning isn’t necessary because of the broth, but add as much as you like). Chop the leek and fry briefly. Add the pasta and top up with vegetable or meat broth until everything is covered. Simmer for about 20 minutes, or less depending on how firm the pasta should be.
