Iberico loin with figs

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 portions of Iberico pork loin (100 g each)
  • 2 onions, red
  • 3 figs
  • 3 tbsp Crema di Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp clarified butter
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 80 degrees Celsius (180 degrees Fahrenheit). Finely dice the onions and figs. Heat the clarified butter in a pan and sear the steaks well, then cook in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes. Sauté the onions and figs in the pan. Finally, add the pepper and balsamic vinegar. Add everything to the steaks and serve.
