Mozzarella with mango and chili

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • 1 mango(s)
  • n. B. Onion(s), red, cut into rings
  • 2 chili peppers, possibly dried
  • 200 ml orange juice
  • 50 ml vegetable oil
  • some chives
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Unusual but very refreshing, delicious combination

Cut the mozzarella and mango into slices (about 5 mm thick) and layer them alternately in a small bowl. Loosely arrange the onion rings on top, according to taste. Wash the chili peppers, halve them, remove the seeds, and chop very finely. Dried chili can also be used (depending on how spicy you like it). Blend the chopped chilies with the orange juice, oil, and a little salt and pepper in a blender. You can also use a whisk, but it won’t be as creamy. Pour the dressing over the mozzarella and mango, sprinkle with chives, and serve immediately.
