Banana and minced meat pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g rice
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 350 g minced meat
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 small cans of tomato paste
  • ⅛ liter meat broth
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the rice until it’s grainy, drain, and set aside. Peel and dice the onion, then sauté in hot oil until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry briefly. Peel and slice the bananas, then add them to the meat along with the tomato paste, broth, and rice. Mix everything well, simmer for a few more minutes, and season to taste.
