Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g cheese (Emmental)
- 2 chicory
- 1 bunch of radishes
- some oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Dice the Emmental cheese. Cut the chicory into thin strips. Slice the radishes. Mix everything together and season with oil, salt, and pepper, and perhaps a squeeze of lemon juice. Tip: You can also dice a pear and mix it in. If you don’t like Emmental cheese, you can also use firm-cut feta cheese.
