Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g minced meat (fresh or frozen)
- Breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg(s) or 2 small
- g cheese (grated cheese or sheep’s cheese)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- Salt
- pepper
- chives
- 1 onion(s), diced
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
First, I mix the ground meat with 1 large or 2 small eggs and breadcrumbs if desired to give the meatballs a nice, fluffy texture. Then I add the spices, diced onion, and garlic. Finally, I add the cheese, if desired. If you’re not confident with seasoning, simply pre-fry a small meatball, taste, and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
