- 8 eggs
- 2 stalk(s) leeks, cut into rings
- 100 g ham (Katenschinken), diced
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet

- Cheese (grated cheese)

Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Let’s start by frying the ham cubes and the sliced leek. Lightly salt the leek. Next, add the beaten eggs and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and chives. Let the whole thing sizzle for about 10 minutes over medium heat. Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly throughout. Finally, place the ham and leek fried eggs on the toast.
