Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cups of cream
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • n. B. Herbs, (salad herbs)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Fruity dressing for salads

Thoroughly mix the cream, the juice of half a lemon, and the sugar with the desired salad herbs. Then drizzle the dressing over the salad. You can, of course, add a little more lemon juice or sugar, if you like. This dressing is not only delicious but also fruity and refreshing, especially in summer. It’s ideal as a side dish with fried potatoes and bacon bits.
