Marzipan butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 100 g marzipan – raw mass
  • 3 tbsp Amaretto
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

very tasty on chocolate bread

Mix all ingredients with a mixer and let it sit overnight, if desired. Instead of Amaretto, you could probably use milk or cream to make the mixture a bit smoother (although I haven’t tried it). It tastes great on chocolate bread and other sweet breads.
