Vegan white bean chocolate mousse

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 240 g white beans, equivalent to 1 can drained
  • 40 g peanut butter, unsalted
  • 2 tbsp baking cocoa
  • 1 tbsp sweetener or 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

protein-rich chocolate cream as a dessert or spread

Place everything in a blender or puree thoroughly with an immersion blender. Pour into dessert bowls or into a glass jar as a chocolate spread. Keeps in the refrigerator for about 1 week.
