Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 130 g butter, soft
- 170 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 300 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 100 ml milk
- 30 ml rum
- 140 g raisins

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
makes 12 muffins
Cream the softened butter and sugar until fluffy, then add the eggs one at a time. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir into the mixture alternately with the milk. Finally, stir in the rum and raisins. Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin; I line the tin with paper baking cups. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes.
