Tastes like Chinese food!

Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and sprinkle with pepper. Then coat in a mixture of flour, cornstarch, powdered sugar, oil, 4 tablespoons of white wine, and 3 tablespoons of soy sauce. Fry the meat on both sides until browned, about 7-10 minutes, and then remove from the pan. Chop the pineapple, onions, and bell peppers and fry in oil, then add to the meat. Heat together the tomato ketchup, 4 tablespoons of white wine, 5-6 tablespoons of soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar, stirring until a thick sauce forms. Pour this over the meat and vegetables. Serve with rice.
