Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 6 eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 1 pinch of vanilla sugar
- 400 g nuts, ground
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Briefly whisk the eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Mix the nuts with the breadcrumbs and baking powder and mix well with the remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar or glaze. Note: Quick to prepare, keeps well.
