Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 8 eggs
  • 500 g flour
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 1 bag(s) vanilla pudding powder, for cooking
  • 500 ml buttermilk

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Makes 12 to 15 waffles.

Beat the butter and sugar until fluffy. Gradually add the eggs, one at a time, and continue beating until fluffy. Then fold in the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and pudding powder. Finally, slowly add the buttermilk while beating. Basically, just mix all the ingredients together thoroughly and then bake the waffles.
