Jules' quick and delicious chocolate muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 4 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup mineral water
  • 1 shot of milk
  • Walnuts
  • 1 cup of cream
  • Cream stiffener
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Food coloring, blue

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

With blue whipped cream

Combine the batter ingredients and pour into the muffin tin. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°-200°C for 20-25 minutes. Let cool. Whip the cream with the whipped cream stabilizer. Add blue food coloring, if desired, and stir in the sour cream. Spread the glaze on the muffins and decorate.
