Grilled peppers with feta cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 jar bell pepper(s), roasted, skinned (400 g drained weight)
  • 150 g sheep’s cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • n. B. herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes

Drain the peppers thoroughly. Peel the garlic and slice it thinly. Drain the feta cheese and slice it thinly. Stuff the peppers with feta cheese and garlic. You can also add some fresh herbs, such as thyme or oregano. Place on an aluminum grill tray and grill for about 7 minutes.
