Peppers stuffed with feta cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large red bell pepper(s)
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp herbs de Provence
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Ideal for grilling

Halve the bell pepper lengthwise, remove the stem and seeds. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes, add the olive oil and herbs. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Mix everything thoroughly and stuff the bell pepper halves with the mixture. Wrap the stuffed bell peppers in aluminum foil and grill for about 10 minutes. You can grill for longer or shorter, depending on your taste.
