Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 bag(s) of tortilla(s), (tortilla chips)
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 bottle of chili sauce
  • 1 pack of cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Party dish

Spread the tortilla chips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Finely chop the onion and fry with the ground beef in a little oil until browned and crumbly. Add the corn, beans, and chili sauce and bring to a boil briefly. Spread the mixture among the tortillas and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
