Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g margarine
- 200 g sugar
- 5 eggs
- 300 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 cans of pineapple slices
- ½ liter pineapple juice
- 2 packs of pudding powder, vanilla flavor
- Grease for the tray
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Make a batter from margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, flour, and baking powder and spread it on a greased baking sheet. Top the batter with 12 large pineapple rings. Bake at 175°C for 30 minutes. Make a glaze from vanilla pudding powder and pineapple juice and pour it over the cooled cake. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
