Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g margarine
  • 300 g sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 ½ tsp cocoa
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 125 ml red wine
  • 125 g chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Beat margarine, sugar, eggs, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Stir in cinnamon and cocoa powder, then stir in the flour and baking powder. Fold in the red wine and chocolate sprinkles. Bake at 180°C (convection oven) for about 1 hour.
