Blueberries on vanilla cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g blueberries
  • 200 g sweet cream
  • 400 g sour cream
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener
  • 1 pack of sauce powder for vanilla sauce, no cooking required
  • some sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the blueberries and place 50g each into four dessert bowls. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener. Add the sour cream and vanilla sauce powder and continue whipping until stiff peaks form. Finally, season with a little sweetener to taste. Spread the cream over the blueberries. Arrange the remaining berries on top of the cream.
