Salmon noodles in orange curry sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g tagliatelle, green
  • salt water
  • 250 g salmon fillet(s)
  • 200 g Chinese cabbage
  • 150 ml orange juice
  • 75 ml cream
  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • 1 sprig of dill
  • 1 tbsp oil, neutral
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the salmon fillet into 2 x 2 cm cubes and set aside. Cook the tagliatelle in salted water according to the package instructions. Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut it crosswise into thin strips. Heat the oil in a pan and briefly fry the Chinese cabbage, remove it from the pan, and set it aside, covered. Briefly sauté the curry in a medium-hot pan (max. 1 minute), then add the cream. Once boiling, add the orange juice. Season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Reduce the heat again and let the salmon cubes simmer until tender, but do not let them boil. Finally, add the finely chopped dill and the Chinese cabbage. Drain the noodles, toss with the sauce, and serve immediately.
