Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 half snake cucumber(s)
  • 1 handful of lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 m.-sized carrot(s)
  • 1 m.-sized apple
  • 1 m.-large banana(s), very ripe
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 100 ml water, cold or ice cubes
  • 1 tsp pumpkin seed oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

great in the cold season or to prevent colds

Peel the banana. Wash the remaining fruit and vegetables. Core and quarter the apple. Place the ingredients in a high-powered blender. Add the ice and cucumber to the bottom to quickly create a liquid that can get the other ingredients moving. First, roughly chop on low speed, then blend on high for at least 1 minute. This makes the ingredients more accessible and the consistency more even and smooth. Tip: Don’t drink green smoothies; eat them by chewing thoroughly.
