Smoked salmon bites with ladybug topping

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 baguette(s), thin
  • 3 sprigs of dill, fresh
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g sea salt butter or 100 g remoulade
  • 250 g smoked salmon
  • 5 black olives, pitted

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

A simple appetizer with which you can impress your guests.

Cut the baguette diagonally into approximately 3 cm thick slices. Spread the baguette slices with salted butter or remoulade. Top the baguette slices with smoked salmon. Place a small sprig of dill on the salmon. Halve the cherry tomatoes lengthwise and cut a slit in the middle. Then place them on the dill, leaving the dill at the ends. Quarter the olives and place a piece at the front of the cherry tomato to serve as the beetle head. Finely chop one olive and use it to decorate the cherry tomato as beetle spots.
