Parmesan Chicken Sticks

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 400 g poultry meat
  • some Parmesan, freshly grated
  • some breadcrumbs
  • some salt and pepper
  • little butter, melted

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely chop the basil and cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Then, mix all ingredients except the meat into a breading mixture and coat the chicken with it. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the now-breaded pieces on it. Then, drizzle with melted butter. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes.
