Vegetable Noodle Pan
The perfect vegetable noodle pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Spaetzle
- Salt
- 4 Carrots
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Kohlrabi
- 1 bunch Spring onions
- 200 g Boiled ham
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 200 g Whipped cream
- 30 ml Soy sauce
- 2 Garlic
- Ginger to taste
- Pepper
- Parsley
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
- Peel the carrots and kohlrabi and cut into pieces or slices.
- Wash and clean the zucchini and spring onions.
- Dice ham.
- Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the carrots and kohlrabi in it.
- Later add the chopped garlic, ginger, zucchini and spring onions.
- Finally fry the ham and spaetzle.
- Whisk the cream and soy sauce, season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the sauce over the pasta-vegetable mixture, simmer briefly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.
