Vegetarian: Vegetable Noodle Pan

The perfect vegetarian: vegetable noodle pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Pasta
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 2 Bell peppers (red, green)
  • 400 ml Vegetable stock
  • 200 ml Cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil
  1. Cook the pasta until aldente and drain.
  2. Cut the peppers and zucchini into small pieces and fry them in oil on all sides. Tip up the stock and reduce by half.
  3. Add the cream and reduce it again a little. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Finally, mix in the pasta and let it steep for a moment.
