Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Pasta
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 2 Bell peppers (red, green)
  • 400 ml Vegetable stock
  • 200 ml Cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta until aldente and drain.
  • Cut the peppers and zucchini into small pieces and fry them in oil on all sides. Tip up the stock and reduce by half.
  • Add the cream and reduce it again a little. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Finally, mix in the pasta and let it steep for a moment.
