Vegetarian: Vegetable Noodle Pan
The perfect vegetarian: vegetable noodle pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Pasta
- 1 Zucchini
- 2 Bell peppers (red, green)
- 400 ml Vegetable stock
- 200 ml Cream
- Salt and pepper
- Oil
- Cook the pasta until aldente and drain.
- Cut the peppers and zucchini into small pieces and fry them in oil on all sides. Tip up the stock and reduce by half.
- Add the cream and reduce it again a little. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Finally, mix in the pasta and let it steep for a moment.
