Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g pork goulash
- 500 g sauerkraut
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 apples
- 1 jar white wine
- ¼ liter meat broth
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- Paprika powder, sweet
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Brown the pork goulash in hot fat. Dice the onion and fry briefly. Dice the apples and add them, followed by the sauerkraut. Deglaze with broth and white wine. Season generously with salt, pepper, sugar, and paprika. Simmer for about 1 1/2 hours, adding a little more liquid if necessary. Finally, stir in the cup of sour cream.
