Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g margarine
- 150 g cane sugar
- 2 small eggs
- 300 g wheat flour (wholemeal)
- 2 tbsp milk
- 100 g raisins
- 100 g sesame seeds
- 1 pinch of nutmeg

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
makes about 35 cookies
Beat the margarine with sugar and eggs until fluffy. Stir in the flour and milk, then fold in the remaining ingredients. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for one hour. Then place small mounds of dough on a greased baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes.
