Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter, soft
- 175 g sugar
- some vanilla
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 eggs
- 125 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 250 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 50 g almond(s), chopped
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Using an electric mixer, beat the butter with sugar, vanilla, water, and egg until fluffy. Add the flour and baking powder and continue beating. Stir in the oats, almonds, and cocoa with a wooden spoon. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Form the dough into 70-80 small balls and place them on the baking sheets. Press a pattern onto the balls using a fork dipped in flour. Bake at 180°C on the middle rack for about 15 minutes.
