Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g flour
- 200 ml milk, lukewarm
- 80 g butter, soft
- 40 g yeast
- 150 g granulated sugar
Instructions

Prepare a yeast dough with flour, milk, butter, and yeast. Roll it out to a thickness of 0.5 cm, then roll it out very thinly on the sugar and cut it into pieces approximately 1 cm wide and 10 cm long using a rolling pin. Place the pieces on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 200°C until golden brown. Turn over if necessary. Makes 4 baking sheets.
