Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 175 g brown sugar
  • 175 g butter
  • 1 tbsp syrup or honey
  • 275 g oat flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

perfect for in between

First, grease a square cake pan. Melt the butter, sugar, and syrup in a saucepan and stir. Remove the pan from the heat, add the oats, and stir well. Pour the batter into the pan and let it rest for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven. After the resting time, bake the batter for 40 minutes at 150°C. Let it cool, then cut into cookie-sized pieces.
