Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g flour (type 1050)
  • 400 g muesli, no added sugar
  • 120 g applesauce, unsweetened
  • 100 g liquid honey
  • 100 g creamy honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

makes approx. 18 bars

Combine the flour with the muesli. Then, thoroughly mix the honey and applesauce into the muesli mixture. Spread (or press) the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for approximately 20 minutes. Cut into bars while still warm and let cool completely. Tip: Some of the muesli can be replaced with whole-grain oats, raisins, nuts, and/or seeds.
