Baked turkey schnitzel

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 turkey schnitzels
  • 1 large can of peach(s)
  • 8 slices of cheese (Gouda)
  • Spice mix (Chinese spice mix)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Season and brown the turkey schnitzel. Place on a baking sheet, top with the peaches and cheese, and bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius until the cheese is golden brown (approx. 20 minutes). Serve with fried potatoes.
